Wish this tonic had the ability to turn into a bear, just like the Norn.

Can this one at least be used outside - in missions and explorables, like elf or candy corn tonics?
I'm asking because this time the lack of necessary combat animations is not an argument, so no reason not to have it work outside.

mm for now seems all tonics go badder after other one, for example, best tonic is beetle and it was first, then comes trans & yulitide and then comes phasm golem and now norn.. next they probably make zunlai chest tonic
